          The Global President oversees the Association's vision, consistency, and strategic direction. He embodies PaDI at the national and international levels and ensures its institutional representation. He also has institutional power enabling him to organize operational structures such as the PaDI Academy or the Order of Integral Development Coaches (OCDI).<\/p>
